TERMS OF DELIVERY
General
Suomen Kierrätyskone Oy, Peltokatu 31, 33100 Tampere, sells products to companies and adult private individuals within the EU. These terms of delivery apply to ordering products from our online store and to the corresponding deliveries.
These terms of delivery are valid from June 2, 2025 onwards. We may unilaterally amend these terms from time to time, so please review them each time before you place an order in our online store.
Products and Product Prices
The features and prices of the products in the online store are shown in the product description for each item. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery charges, so please check the applicable prices in your shopping cart before confirming your order. Delivery Charges
Any delivery charges that may be applied to an order depend on the product itself (e.g., weight, packaging) and on the chosen delivery method; these charges will be added automatically to the total order amount. You can see the delivery charges for your order (if any apply) in your shopping cart before you confirm the order.
Ordering and Contract
You can order products on our website by adding them to your shopping cart, confirming the order, and paying for the contents of the cart through the payment service. When ordering from our online store, you are deemed to have read and accepted the currently valid terms of delivery. You understand that, except insofar as otherwise specified below regarding the right of withdrawal, the order that you have accepted and that we have confirmed is binding and creates a contract between us under these terms of delivery.
Payment and Payment Methods
You can pay for your order using the payment methods described in the online store and selectable in the shopping cart.
Order and Payment Confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address, so please provide your email when placing the order. The order confirmation will also confirm the payment method used.
If, for any unexpected reason, we cannot confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
Delivery Method
We will deliver your order using one of the delivery methods listed on our website, which you choose at the time of ordering.
Delivery Time
Our most common delivery times to the EU are \[delivery time] days, depending on the order and delivery method. More precise times are indicated alongside the product options.
Right of Withdrawal and Return Terms
If you are a consumer, you have the right under Finnish consumer protection law to withdraw from the contract by notifying us no later than 14 days after receiving the goods or the last batch of goods, or, in the case of regular deliveries of goods, after receiving the first batch.
Notice of withdrawal must be made clearly, for example by using our withdrawal form, by emailing us at the address below, or by delivering a written notice together with the goods to be returned.
The right of withdrawal applies only if the goods to be returned are in their original packaging, unused, and properly packed for return.
If the contract is withdrawn, the goods must be returned without delay and no later than 14 days after the notice of withdrawal to the Return Address below. The person returning the goods must, if necessary, prove that the goods were returned within the deadline (for example, by presenting a return receipt). The person returning the goods is responsible for any costs of returning the goods. These costs will not be reimbursed to the returning party.
When returning a delivered order, please include your name, contact information, and bank account number for refund purposes.
We will refund the amount you paid for the order without delay, in accordance with consumer protection law.

Inspection of Shipment, Errors, and Problem Situations
Please inspect the delivery immediately upon receipt. If a product has been lost or damaged during transport, does not match your order, or is otherwise defective, notify our Customer Service as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receiving it, so that we can agree on how to correct the error. In consumer sales, we comply with the mandatory liability for defects provisions of Finnish consumer protection law.

Limitation of Liability
Suomen Kierrätyskone Oy is not liable for any indirect or direct damage or any other loss related to the order, delivery, or product, except to the extent that mandatory provisions in consumer protection law or other binding legislation prescribe otherwise for the particular loss in question.
Disputes
We aim to resolve any disputes regarding your order primarily by agreement, so please first contact our Customer Service to reach a solution.
If a dispute regarding the sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board ([www.kuluttajariita.fi](http://www.kuluttajariita.fi)). Before bringing the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer should contact the consumer advisory services of the local magistrate ([www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi](http://www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi)).
